What’s the difference?

The main difference that I remember is that I had to actually drive through Kansas on I-70 to get out west, whereas the majority of people can avoid the other two. Pretty sure it took me eleven hours to drive through Kansas, and, as the previous poster noted, you really don't even feel like you're moving.

Ok, I just looked it up, and it couldn't have been eleven hours. See what driving through it did?!

Rhode Island. I once was in Hartford and decided to go to a Patriots game. That involved crossing the whole state of Rhode Island. All I saw were a bunch of Dunkin Donuts places, some woods, then Providence, which looked kinda shitty from the interstate.

Mississipi, I agree. It bums me out. The only time I ever go through is on the way to Nola, so that’s the only thing that gets me though it.

Other than the song, what the f*ck does West Virginia have going for itself? It’s literally just the hillbilly part of what used to be northwestern Virginia.

Least memorable state

quote:

Seriously, the answer is Louisiana.

Wrong. What about New Orleans isn't memorable? Every time I go down there, it's a nightmare experience that I will never forget.

My answer is Rhode Island. It is the smallest state therefore the least significant in my mind. Size does matter.

Oklahoma - it's like Kansas, but with more state troopers.

Nebraska and West Virginia are also up there.

While Mississippi isn't great, people from all over the country come and campout for months just to crappie fish. Pickwick is pretty nice, and there are a couple other spots that are hidden gems. The people is what makes the state great. Music, artists, chefs, sports figures and actors etc... Tons of great people making huge contributions per Capita.

Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, north Dakota, and south Dakota (minus the badlands) all just "exist" and don't provide much culture.

Seriously, the answer is Louisiana. The whole fricking state is a shithole and it is even worse with your stupid mask mandates. I just drove through it today, it really fricking sucks.

I've lived all over the south and am pretty well-traveled and this is the right answer.

T-minus 9 months for me an my Mrs. until we're out of here never to return except for family events, assuming they don't leave soon also.

Can't wait until I drive out of here, my belongings in the UHaul.

You know how I know you’ve never been there?
New Mexico is one of the greatest states to visit. You can do everything from snow ski, explore caverns, hunt big game, to even scuba dive.
Their food is as good as Louisiana food.

WV is one of the prettiest states I’ve been through. Yeah there are some shitty parts but that’s true of all states.

My answer would be Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa

New Mexico’s food scene is amazing. Their food is as good as Louisiana food, just a different style. Santa Fe is a Food Mecca.
