Attorneys have talked to members of BR Police Dept and these officers will be deposed and everything that is being brought up by these attorneys will be verified in a large civil court case.

I love how it says, "these officers should have known that this continued escalation and provocation would have caused a negative encounter with Mr. Sterling."
Why can't anyone say the obvious? Mr. Sterling should have known that when the officer made that statement that if he pulled out his own gun he would be shot.

This is in front of Judge Caldwell. Don't think the Sterlings could have picked a worse judge for their case (of the available judges).
Regardless, I hope I'm in court when they have a hearing on something. Would be fun to watch this train wreck in person.
