NHC holding off the 1 AM advisory long enough to make it also include the official time & location of landfall

At 7 pm it was 90 miles from the coast moving 15 mph

That's 6 hour which equals a 1 am landfall

It was Brett, a truly legendary moment in Mexico Beach that day. Still not sure how they made it out.
