A couple of things with Marco real quick. There has been a lot of research published over the past several years on convective rainbands in developing tropical cyclones. This developing outer band will be something to watch this evening.
Marco still has a very small core and there appears to be some dry air / subsidence between the core and the developing TCR. If Marco can't rotate that band upshear back towards the center then we might see the center get cutoff from inflow by that outer band. This could make it hard for the system to maintain a strong core as shear starts to increase.

Maybe diminishing returne. If they are dropping sensors probably best not to do that over land.
