The city is “allowing” its own residents to bring their own trash for no fee due to their own inability to complete its required contracts

If residents are going through the trouble of putting garbage in their vehicle, please just dump it on her lawn.

I would recommend people in NOLA drop off their garbage in front of her house. I guarantee 100% that her trash is being picked up.
