.............not quite enough for the Saints to play there.

And the Dome isn’t even outdoor

“New in PHASE3.TWO!

Indoor Live Entertainment w/ Special Event Permit - no singing/karaoke/wind-blown instruments
Worship/Movies/Conferences: 50% capacity w/ cap of 500
Outdoor Stadiums & Arenas: 25% capacity with a cap of 500.“

Next question?”

One person in the twitter feed actually said it was a good thing because if they let too many people in then couples would definitely not be sitting 6 feet apart......and he was serious

Other way around.
3.2 will allow churches 500 or 50% whichever number is lower.

She's Latoying with everyone. It's like she knows how stupid it is, but just wants to see how everyone reacts to it.

So you could have a drummer and guitar player but not a singer or sax player at your bar or club ?

What moron is coming up wit these capacities?
How many people inside a Walmart in Orleans parish at any given moment?

She pulls her "rules" out of her arse. Why are only 500 allowed at an outdoor stadium (forcing high schools to play in other parishes), yet churches (in smaller indoor venues) can have 500 as well. Makes no sense.

Wait, are you implying the rules are completely arbitrary and have no basis in the data???
