Cases or hospitalizations? Cases shouldn’t mean much compared to numbers of hospitalizations and deaths. We are seeing many vaccinated people test positive.
For the record I got the vaccine. I think it’s a good thing overall. That said, this shut down is not a long term solution.

While I only know a handful of doctors, physicians, etc they are all saying vaccinated is a significant portion if cases

at this point you gotta think that 90% is inflated
anecdotally I know several people in new Orleans who tested positive and were fully vaxxed

Sorry my representative sample does not satisfy. I can tell you about half of the positives I have had at work are vaccinated. People do not seem to understand that, assuming this vaccine is effective, it only reduces symptoms. That person is still capable of spreading this

NBC News just put a stat of 125,000 Covid breakthrough cases among vaccinated. They were also going on about the vaccinated being a significant portion of the spread.
They also said that for the most part they (vaccinated) are not being hospitalized at significant rates.

The vaccine may be working but The media and government are bumbling around and the trust isn't there. Half the country not believing Biden was elected fairly and finding out the media has had many lies over the past few years shockingly has consequences
