As previously reported, on March 18, U.S. President Donald Trump held a phone conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The White House stated that Moscow agreed to a limited ceasefire targeting energy and infrastructure facilities in Ukraine.

Russians attack Naftogaz facilities overnight – production capacities damaged

So, a deliberate violation of the one thing that was clearly agreed upon - no strikes on energy facilities. Let's all watch Putin's Shine Boy and see what he's going to do about it.

My bet is: 1.) lie about it and; 2.) play golf all weekend.

Where was it reported that the agreement was signed by the parties involved?

The Based Baltics Republics of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania

quote:

I attended a press conference at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation Museum, a few blocks away from the White House, featuring all three foreign ministers. Their visit notably coincided with the anniversary of Operation Priboi - the forcible deportation of over 90,000 Baltic peoples to gulags that occurred between March 25th-28th, 1949. The majority of deportees, sadly, were women and children under 16.

quote:

“Seventy-six years ago, there was a deportation of the Baltic states. And as it was mentioned, 70% of these tens of 1000s of people. They were just children and elderly people. Disabled people,” Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna remarked at the press conference. “Unfortunately, we have the same situation, not only in Ukraine, but many other places in the world. In Estonia, like in Lithuania, we have family stories. There's no[t] a single family [that] was not touched by this kind of atrocities.”

A retreating force will usually have less bodies to give the advancing force. Though I'm not sure what the usual splits are... this seems high.

???? 43 fallen Russian soldiers ???? 909 fallen Ukranian soldiers -> Ratio of 21 Ukrainian bodies for 1 Russian body!

And yet the Russians can barely advance inside of Ukraine. I wonder why?

As a kid I grew up a Catholic. We prayed for those Christians caught behind the Iron Curtain. The article linked brings all that back to mind. The same things are happening over again in Ukraine.

And some here wonder why the Ukrainians are fighting.

Ukrainian forces only target Russian military sites – General Staff

28.03.2025 16:05

Ukraine's Defense Forces strictly adhere to agreements with international partners and do not strike Russia's energy infrastructure, focusing exclusively on military targets.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said this in a statement posted on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

Russia's Ministry of Defense continues to spread false claims, alleging that Ukraine has struck energy facilities in Russia and occupied territories, the statement said.

Meanwhile, Russia itself continues to violate agreements by attacking Ukraine's energy infrastructure. In the past 24 hours alone, Russian shelling damaged energy facilities in the Kherson and Poltava regions. Ukraine is now awaiting an appropriate response from its international partners.

According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russia's ongoing disinformation campaigns aim to discredit Ukraine and undermine its diplomatic efforts alongside international allies.

"Russia's strategy of prolonging the war remains unchanged," the General Staff said.

Previously, Russia's Ministry of Defense accused Ukraine of striking a gas metering station in Sudzha, Kursk region, with a HIMARS multiple rocket launcher on March 28. The alleged attack reportedly caused a fire, destroying the facility.

However, Andrii Kovalenko, head of Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation, stated that Russia itself was responsible for the attack on its gas transportation system in Sudzha.

Here is a list of previous exchanges. Even if you half those numbers. It gets close to Russia's reported Artillery Advantage of 6-10:1. Seems logical the Country with more Artillery is gonna kill more Soldiers in this type of War

Development:
14 Feb: 45 to 757 - 16 Ukrainians for 1 Russian
24 Jan: 42 to 503 - 12 Ukrainians for 1 Russian
20 Dec: 42 to 508 - 12 Ukrainians for 1 Russian
29 Nov: 48 to 502 - 10 Ukranians for 1 Russian
8 Nov: 37 to 563 - 15 Ukranians for 1 Russian

The ratio of killed soldiers gets worse for Ukraine! You can surmise the fighting casualty ratio from the exchange numbers.

The KIA in combat ratio is not 100% the same, as Russia moves forward, but it’s likely around half that, so we reached something like 10 Ukranians die for 1 Russian.

So it has to be signed??? NATO never signed an agreement with Russia to not expand, it was just a conversation. You can’t have it both ways.

John, you can’t have it both ways.

Russia can’t be dominating in the field and barely gaining ground. Russia can’t be overwhelmed by Western aid and dominate in weapons.

It doesn’t add up.

Yes they can. They are slowly gaining ground in a War of Attrition. Look what happened in WWI. Collapses happen quickly in Wars of Attrition

"Bradley Carl Jennison alias Super Dave born on February 3, 1983 from Mercer Island, Washington, USA

Bradley Jennison was a former US Army Ranger and served four years in Iraq and Afghanistan.

He joined the International Legion of the GUR and fought continuously for over two years. In 2023, Bradley was appointed the Rogue Team unit commander.

These clowns had the crazy idea of ??invading Russian territory in Bryansk region as a sabotage group, but it didn't end well for them. He was destroyed along with Corey, Poet and Rauta on October 27, 2024.

His body was sent back to the Ukrainian authorities, and he was finally able to rest after his mistake that cost him his life."
