Are they pretty good about geolocating individual people involved in these attacks and seeking them out for destruction?
I have heard of some of this, but not sure how much is specifically intentional versus a positive coincidence. Do not know if they have the spare resources to commit to something of this specificity. Seems like it would be good morale booster.

At least 2 that I remember. An IED got one as he was leaving his apartment. The other was dispatched while walking thru a park.

I don’t believe the assassins acted alone. The Trump people probably don’t either, and this may be in part a response. A systematic attack on the organizations within the state that threatened him.
I can’t see Trump being pro USAID regardless though. I assume he’d see it as a waste of money.

To my knowledge, I've never made post about USAID. It doesn't take a scientist of rocketry to acknowledge that Trump is poking the tiger. A whole lot of $ flows through USAID; we are talking about an agency that has been at the core of US foreign policy for 60 years.
