Do you have a link to that poll? I’d like to see the methodology.
The Times had no link for the poll. The Center responsible has no website that I can find just a little office.
The author has written articles about how scared he is of nuke threats by Putin. Yet, Russian oligarchs still have children in European schools or living in cities of the West.

It figures.
It’s obvious to me that Russia and their agents are spending a lot of time and money to make Zekensky the bad guy. Just go read the PT board and you can see that.

Wrong answer.
It’s meaningless if there is no context.
Its actually not. 700 sq km is VERY different from "a couple of km per month" like you claimed.
But you want to cheerlead and sunshine pump. I get it. I hope the good guys pull it out. I just doubt it.

Sure it’s very different, one is a measurement of area and the other is a measurement of distance.
The important thing is what was accomplished.
It appears to me that not much yet; although some important gains were made by Russia that puts Ukraine at risk. Those gains are meaningful because they have strategic value and not because of their enormous size.

Are they paying Ukraine troops to desert also?

I see exactly where you are coming from with that “retort” I guess? Genius.

NEWSWEEK 11/20/24 - Russian Army Division Hit by Desertions of 'Whole Regiment': Report
An "entire regiment" of more than 1,000 soldiers left the 20th Guards Motor Rifle Division of the Russian Armed Forces stationed in Volgograd amid rising tensions in the Russia-Ukraine war, according to the Russian investigative outlet iStories.
Among those who deserted the division, also referred to as "sochniks," which translates to "those who left their unit without permission," were 26 junior officers, a major, and two lieutenant colonels.

One has nothing to do with the other.

and since Russian jets are currently carpet bombing Syrian city streets full of pedestrians, they will probably use them to strike the airbase

It's like I said in the earlier thread: Assad's forces have to defend Damascus at all costs. They will fight to prevent HTS from advancing south. They can't do that and also protect Latakia and the two Russian bases there.
The regime is cooked. There is no Hezbollah left to fight with them, Russia can do little, and US jets (including A-10s) just blasted an Iranian column in eastern Syria that was going to advance to the west to help, while the Kurds are advancing against the regime in Deir ez-Zor along the Euphrates.

update - russia claims they have left to conduct missile tests. Time will tell if they return.

Tucker has done more to stop this war than ANY politician in the Biden/Harris “administration”.
