To be clear, I was for Stingers, Javelins, mobile air defense systems, drones, etc to be given to them in January, and as many tactical nukes as we can round up put along all the bordering Nato countries.
I would have threatened his arse with Nukes first. And ours are accurate as frick.
Plus we start using our classified weapon systems for the world, particularly China and the Middle East to see. The ghost of Kiev is almost certainly one of our new weapons system.
Pilots suddenly lose control of planes, systems lock up, engines shut down, I wonder what could do all that. A ghost obviously. (lol)

That’s the thing though. I’m a history nerd, and this whole shitshow reminds me of what I read about Italy’s military circa WW1-WW2: the top leaders were all appointed by whoever the machismo dictator of the day was. They were chosen based on how much arse they kissed, not on their actual leadership chops. I’m starting to think Putin did the same thing. He asked everyone “what do you think about invading Ukraine?” and they all said it would be a cinch, as nobody wants to look him in the eye and be honest.
The Italians made many of the same mistakes in both World Wars. Hell they almost lost to frickin Ethiopia in WW1 because they had no tactics. Only won once they fought dirty and used chemical weapons. I fear Russia may resort to the same dirty tricks. If that happens, there may be calls to invade to stop a humanitarian nightmare/refugee crisis. Can’t say I’d blame anyone at that point, wrong is wrong.
