Can we get back to Ukraine now?

Where do we go from here?

I’ve been an avid Ukraine supporter in this conflict since the beginning, really since 2013, but I think we need to have real conversations about how we move on from here with Russian control of around 20% of Ukraine. Ukraine is just not gonna be capable of taking that land back right now IMO and Russia ain’t gonna stop until Ukraine comes to the table in some sort of way. Someone posted a few pages back that Ukraine is buckling, and I believe that to be true, and Russia knows this too. Better start beefing up Ukraines military, not to use right now against Russia, but to deter against future aggression.

I thought the Nuland phone call was after everything played out -- it's 10x worse now that I learned of the timing.

The sitting president went against the legislation passed to apply to join the EU, which he signed. The public was tired of Russian corruption and being its play toy. As far as any coup, the sitting president left to cry to Putin after the snipers he brought in couldn't stop the outcry from the public.

What coup?

you dont think Russian SVR wasnt also interfering with Ukraine in 2014? SVR bought or blackmailed a number of Ukrainian politicians, including Yanukovych. in 2013 Yanukovych made a sudden shift from EU to Russia block and the people were pissed......

sure the CIA has its hand in every country around the work, but so does Russia, China, UK. All the big players are in the game, to sit back idly and do nothing will allow the competition (Russia/China) to win by forefit

Imagine if Russia or China was meddling in Mexico like that.

Yes, the two aren't mutually exclusive. You can have both sides intervening. Don't know why that's so controversial around here.

Same here, but some believe the guy is a real insider.

It’s comical how the far right boys use this leftist to back up many of their conspiracy theories.

I do believe our CIA guys helped the Ukrainians that wanted to get away from Russia and move towards the West. Heck, the Russians were aiding the pro Russian regime.

The guy was effectively “impeached” by the Ukrainian Congress and he fled to Russia.
Was it all perfectly by the book so to speak? I doubt it, but I believe the Ukrainians as a whole wanted to get away from Russia.

That McCain had that kind of power is laughable.

Serious dude, the public was super pissed off. To join the EU they needed to clean up a lot of corruption, Russian corruption is the worst, except Chinese corruption. They make Huey P. Long look clean as a whistle

I just think claiming our coup as some casus belli for Russia is funny cause they were doing the exact same thing at the exact same time

His presence is a sign of what has already happened. He's also got pics of himself with ISIS too.

The alternative to Russian corruption is Ukrainian corruption, which doesn't sound like it's much better.

Russia has problems with corruption, but the rule of law is much weaker in Ukraine. Ukraine is run by a number of oligarchs who do mixed business in legal and and illegal trades. Danilov is one of the most striking examples of that class of people, he’s a mobster.

So tell me O great soccerboi, how shall I improve my "vetting skill"? What crystal ball do you use? I tend to just read here and there, and when I see something claimed on numerous sites for days and days, usually it's true. What super duper sites are chads like you using to power your superior intellect. I'm guessing reddit.
