Singapore’s Minister of Defense, Ng Eng Hen, has announced that American F-35s have been actively engaged in missions over Ukraine. The objective of these missions is to pinpoint the exact locations of Russian anti-aircraft missile systems. “In recent activities, the United States has mobilized its F-35s to identify the deployment of Russian anti-aircraft missile systems within Ukraine. The gathered intelligence is subsequently disseminated to NATO countries,” shared the chief of Singapore’s military.
This is amazing news. I am so happy. I haven’t been this excited since I heard about a great deal on timeshare oceanfront property in Arizona.

Well it only took them a year and a half but the 1st HIMARS was visually confirmed destroyed by an Iskander. Sorry having trouble with the link but it is a no doubt real HIMARS. They left it on the edge of a huge wide open field.
Someone needs to kick the commander in the nuts if he is still alive.

I sure hope our navy is watching and learning from Russia's mistakes.
We've learned at lot since the USS Cole. Apparently, Russia hasn't yet.

One HIMARS is easily replaceable. I would say it has been one of Ukraine’s biggest wins if this war to have gone this long with no destroyed M142 or M270s. It’s almost a miracle. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. Russia and the trolls on this board will no doubt make it seem like Ukraine just lost the war because of it. But yes that commander needs to be relieved of his command immediately. You shoot and scoot and hide well, not just park in a field like an idiot.

Isreal's Trophy APS is designed to protect the top of a tank unlike Russia's APS. It has proven to be fairly successfull in protecting Israeli tanks from Hama. However, the drones Hamas has are not as advanced as Russia's Lancet drone.
Looks interesting. Might not be much help against a swarm.

The system relies heavily on high-speed computational technologies. Upon detection of an incoming projectile, the system automatically computes various parameters, such as the approach vector, nature of the threat, time to impact, and angle of approach. The defensive projectiles are launched by two rotating projectile launchers positioned on the sides of the vehicle. These launchers deploy a number of small EFPs (Explosively Formed Penetrators), forming a precise and closely spaced matrix, targeting an area in front of the anti-tank projectile. The system has been engineered with a narrow kill zone to ensure the safety of friendly personnel in close proximity to the protected vehicle.[4]
Trophy is a system that enables connectivity to other technologies, such as soft-kill, C4I systems, remote-controlled weapons stations, etc. The system is designed to defend against many types of anti-tank guided missiles, rockets, and high-explosive anti-tank (HEAT) rounds, shoulder launched weapons such as rocket propelled grenades and recoilless rifles.

Not sure how much i put into Singapore’s claims. Yes we very well could have a few off the books test runs to gather information on the Russians but it would mainly to be to secretly test the F-35’s stealth capabilities to Russia air defense and radar. We regularly patrol the Black Sea area with drones.

Maybe it had mechanical problems

If you’re talking about the HIMARS having mechanical problems then you get a chain and at least pull it under cover of some sort, even if it’s just sticking it in woods on the tree line then come back for it. Drones are everywhere, you don’t have time anymore. Everything you do 20 km from the front lines you better think it through highly because chances are you’re being watched.

How many of them are actually in combat arms billets and not support personnel?

Off topic but her analog targeting computers are more accurate than Russian digital of today, or so it seems.

The timeshare oceanfront property in Arizona didn't tip you off to the sarcasm in my post? I don't buy that claim for a second.

They always role with an escort. Hook a chain to that sum biotch and pull it into the trees. At least make the Russians work for it.

And yet, with all the confidential information he possessed, he could never actually demonstrate that with any memos, emails, etc.
You think, "Oh, THEY'RE too smart for that," and I assure you, having met some of "THEM" and "THEYs" in teh world, they are absolutely that stupid.
Follow the money.
Follow the money.
Follow the money.
Until it is thoroughly laundered in a 3rd world country, loaded with CIA.
Sound familiar?
What do you think Soros' interest in Ukraine is?
Altruism?

How can a land missile system become a submarine?

The 47th Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Ground Forces appear to have Lost their 3rd M1A1 SA “Abrams” Main Battle Tank during the Defense of Berdychi in the Donetsk Region; meaning that Ukraine has now Lost at least 9% of their U.S-Provided Abrams.
LINK
Congress needs to add some more M1A1s to that aid package they are considering.
ETA: Also can someone please tell the Ukrainians to stop using western tanks by fire missions by themselves. Western MBTs are made for finding a hole and thrusting into it without lube. Soviet tanks were atleast designed to dig in and provide artillery like fire. Use one of your hundreds of USSR tanks for that.

Emmanuel Macron
@EmmanuelMacron
Who initiated the war in Ukraine?
Who is threatening with nuclear weapons?
Let's be clear about what is happening in Europe.

We might send in stealth drones.
But they'd be covered with Ukraine markings.
WeeWee's right. There's not a chance in hell we'd overfly Russian airspace with a F-35. That would be stupid at levels even beneath the Potatobrain Administration's genius capacity for stupid.

If we were stupid enough to fly planes into Russian air space we would use the F22 not the F35.
