It’s a mish mash of trying hard to do the opposite of what the left is doing and then whatever the tin foil hat messageboard/podcast maga people are saying. There are reasonable republicans that want to do good for the country but they are steamrolled by the wingnuts at this point.

5 years ago I had more in common with the “young, modern” GOP than I did John McCain or McConnell.
Somehow that’s flip flopped

TBF just look at this thread. If you don't 100% agree with all the policy positions I think are correct then you are libtard neocon Biden voter. It doesn't matter that you align on 99.5% of everything else you're still a damned Democrat somehow. It's all or nothing for some unknown reason
This is literally your most important issue. My most important issue would be securing the border from millions of squat, swarthy, pear-shaped illegals or whether or not people supported vaccine mandates.
For some reason you all care about orthodox Christians battling over 6000 miles away for patches of frozen tundra and for kickbacks to US politicians.

Don't try to shame Tucker's crowd about supporting a man who murders his political opponents. That's part of the attraction for them; they admire the ruthlessness.
Idiots like SirWinston want a despot. Their deepest desire is to be a minion of a tyrant.
EDIT: OK, I'll concede that SirWinston's deepest desire is undoubtedly some incredibly perverted sexual act. His second deepest desire is to be a minion.

Do a Google search and guess what name hasn't been mentioned a single time in this godforsaken thread:
Julian Assange, who our government is complicit in murdering in slow motion for reporting the truth.
So I will not shed a tear over muh Navahlny.

Zelensky did the same thing to Gonzalo for saying mean things about him.

Literally the ONLY thing that needs to be done ASAP (and that we all should agree on) is to secure the damned border. Like a triage unit, nothing else matters until we stop the bleeding. Unfortunately, "Reasonable Republicans" have always held views much closer to that of Democrats on this issue.

Well that’s a strawman and symbolic of the tardity we have today.
Posted on 2/16/24 at 11:21 am to Camp Randall
Perhaps Assange is, but Gonzalo Lira is not a strawman in relation to today's news.

This is the strawman. It’s possible to support another country in Europe against the enemies of America and for securing the American border at the same time.

It's always whataboutism with this crowd.
Lira was in prison because he broke the law and then tried to jump bail. I don't care what country you're in -- if you are released on bail and then try to flee, you will end up in prison.

Honest question: do you lot not believe there is a deep state?
It is absolutely mind boggling that you could consider a paper tiger like Russia who cannot even APPROACH Kiev in over 2.5 years to be a legitimate "threat" to America. It's laughable.
Obviously when I post a Russian flag gif it's tongue in cheek because they are so weak and incapable. It's like how do none of you grasp the absurdity of comparing Putin and 2024 Russia to Hitler and 1939 Germany? They are NOTHING alike.
I'm essentially mocking you for clutching your pearls so hard about impotent Russia while the America we all grew up in is being destroyed beyond repair, and yall are so blind you can't even see it.

What is the “deep states” goal?
Where do they operate?
Over what do they have influence and what do they not? Why or why not?
I can jive with Rothchilds financing both sides of every war but that’s not really a “deep state” kinda thing.
