If anyone listens to, or watches Shawn Ryan's podcast he had on Eric Prince last episode. Interesting takes on causes, solutions, and current goings on in Ukraine. Worth a listen/watch

If we had given Ukraine ATACMS and Abrams a year ago, the war would already be over. Biden has dragged the war out by dribbling out weapons deliveries.

Getting dribs and drabs of different types of weapons slowed things down and dragged it out for Ukraine even though they are superior to the Russian stuff.

The Waffen SS guy is a Canadian citizen, living in Canada. If you want to argue that Canada is a Nazi country, be my guest -- I definitely think that MAID reeks of Nazi ideology.
But the "Canada is full of Nazis" thread is somewhere else. It has nothing to do with Zelensky or this war, except that Zelensky clapped along with everyone else when the man was introduced as a freedom fighter against the Soviets. I would have clapped too, as I would not have believed that a literal Nazi would've been invited to be honored by the Canadian parliament.
Meanwhile, the speaker of the Canadian parliament, who invited the old Nazi to be honored, is facing increasing calls to resign:

These particular Leopard 2 tanks will not go to Ukraine, but Germany will now have 25 more Leopard 2 tanks, which could presumably free up other tanks in the Bundeswehr inventory.
The reason that this has taken so long for the Swiss to do is that their own military had previously said that they needed these tanks (even though they are in storage), and the Swiss military had to formally do a review and then state that they actually do not need the tanks.
EDIT: Or, since I don't think that the Bundeswehr fields the 2A4 anymore, these particular tanks could conceivably go to somewhere like Greece in exchange for sending some Greek Leopard 2A4s to Ukraine.
