I think it is safe to say Russia is not the 2nd most powerful military in the world. I’m not sure they are top 5

The fricking Russians just dropped a bomb on the city center of Kharkiv. Awful

There are civilians here. The city’s admin HQ was the target

Looks like a nice area of town. Bombed by Russia in 2022

Surreal

Senator Lindsey Graham after classified briefing: “I expect a scorched earth policy to unfold here in the coming days regarding Ukraine. I expect wholesale slaughter of Ukrainian citizens by the Russian military.”

"The Ukraine wouldn't stop shelling people, so Putin finally stepped in, and the Ukraine are all nazis. This Kremlin spokesperson berating a reporter is completely accurate."

Jimmy Dore ladies and gents.

Anybody else watching The Day After in anticipation for what's coming next?
Threads is by far the best post-nuclear exchange movie out there.

Another good relevant film is By Dawn's Early Light. (It's available for free right now on Amazon Prime Video.) It's set mostly in a bomber and gets down to the implementation of orders to nuke the Soviets. I guess you could stretch and put Crimson Tide is this category too.

Two of the feeds on that stream are down. The one that remains seems to be showing a lot of action.

Yeah, after a minute I noticed it seemed to be looping.

This may be huge if it's accurate;

ASB News / MILITARY??@ASBMilitary·51mBREAKING: Nord Stream AG fires all employees

Vlad turning off the gas?

While Nord Stream 2 hasn't been started up Nord Stream 1 most certainly has been delivering gas and is owned 51% by Gazprom
