Yes. The Ukies have been using them strategically to cause chaos just before they launch a siege on a major city. There have been Untouchables-style bombings carried out against occupation authorities. Drive by shootings too.

Belarusian railworks knocked out a lot of track from Belarus into Ukraine.
Nothing reported on this scale has occured in Russia though.
Unless you count the recent firbombings of mobilization sites within Russia. There were also a lot of blown up factories and ammo dumps caused by "smoking"

Dugin is a loyal supporter of Putin and is responsible for encouraging him to invade Ukraine. He despises the West and thinks that Russia should return to the USSR days.
Both of them were and are fair game for assassination, as are Putin and his military leaders. It’s a war and Ukraine must do everything within its power to win.
While i dont disagree this logic could be used against Biden and pretty much any former president that is still living.

All this screeching and deflection and still no words of condemnation or scorn for the authoritarian aggressor country this thread is about. You got words for Ukraine, The US, Biden, Obama, the West, but nothing for the country or dictator that unilaterally invaded another sovereign country, systematically murdered civilians, illegally stole land, and continues to double down on the behavior to the point of needlessly sending his people to die in a pointless war, one that has the ongoing potential to have catastrophic destabilizing consequences for innocent people all over the globe.

They are getting into more important resources like uranium, lithium, etc, more people are dying, and they are exerting further influence over the worlds Economy with China over their mercenary-esque running over the most resource rich lands of the world with a population that dwarfs ours and is growing faster
So its actually a lot worse for the general "us"

In the coming days, the Ukrainian command will regroup its forces (a tank unit has already arrived in Belogorka) and continue to push through the defensive lines of the Russian Armed Forces.
