You still believe the Russians will use tactical nukes in Ukraine.

Entire 40 foot sections of pipe can be replaced by divers at that depth. It would cost a lot but certainly less espensive than another $10 billion investment
Good to know. Never claimed to be an expert (or even close) to repairing underwater pipelines. So there’s a chance that this is just a hiccup for Russia?

I’m starting to raise my eyebrows here.
She was 100% correct. As soon as Russia invaded Ukraine, Germany ended any chance of it being placed into service and it has been that way ever since.

No. Don’t look at that. We must blame Russia. There is no way Biden would sacrifice innocent Germans.

I genuinely wanted to discuss this. Can’t do that here until some of the quacks like yourself can start realizing the obvious. Russia didn’t do this.
This is 100% feels, you can't genuinely discuss something if you have already decided something not supported by fact is already concluded.
Some thoughts:
Putin and his talking heads are treating Ukraine like an existential crisis.
Would you blow up your car (with no insurance coverage) to frame someone else and save your family's life AKA an existential crisis?
If the US was implicated could this be used to Russia's advantage with their (quasi) allies or even their current non-combat foes in Europe or the rest of the world?
I have been thinking about the motive, means, and opportunity triangle. Currently focused on means and opportunity. Blowing a gas pipeline in 100m of water is not something easy to do undetected. I have a question for O&G guys. Do they run pigs in gas lines like oil lines? If so could a pig (as is or modified) be used to move an explosive charge into position from either end of the pipeline. Or are their other means to move a charge besides a pig. This seems like the best means to blow the pipe undetected.

Nord Stream 1 hasn't been supplying gas to Europe in a month due to Russia cutting off the supply. Nord Stream 2 has never been placed into service. Germany's gas storage is at 91% and rising. How is that sacrificing innocent Germans exactly?

Better hope it kills Cthulhu, 'cause if he is just singed he will be pissed. The OML will have something real to be concerned about.

Care to make a Ban bet? I’ll take Russia didn’t do it. You can take Russia did it? And no it’s not “feels”. It’s based on reading multiple POV’s and looking at the situation. There is no insurance policy for Russia. This is a muscle flex, plain and simple. One that this administration foreshadowed and one that members of the EU are celebrating.

You said in the other thread 75% likely US or ally. You seem more confident than that now why?

Guys...I did it. I blew up Nord stream.
Really. This really does not affect the conflict in any way. Since Russia wasn't pumping gas through these pipes, and since they had stated that they wouldn't restart pumping unless sanctions were lifted, it's also not going to affect European energy supplies this winter.
The whodunit aspect is mildly interesting, but it's really off-topic for this thread. Can we move on?

Could be the US, Could be the UK, could be a Nordic country. We will see.

Not sure why you posted that since Neither Nord Stream pipelines are delivering gas to Europe.

Agent of chaos move by the Kremlin makes less and less sense.

I think he's saying Putin is trying to keep the Serbs and Luka on side. *wink wink"
