The nuke on Washington I think we’d still be in mutually assured destruction… but I’m nervous about the EMP on the northeast coast. That would be way worse than nuking Washington.

Knowing government work we have the multiple contingency plans for a nuked DC but no ones paid attention to it

You should read this paper published from someone at Army War College on these scenarios, published in 2020 I believe. One possible scenario is playing out here with the way social media has reacted, which has put a remarkable amount of pressure on the Russians. In general, you should make seek out some other opinions rather than think anything through yourself, because you are alarmingly retarded.
