1. I never said I was going back for this offensive.
2. I was there in late July and early August and I am planning on going back in December if my work schedule allows it. It does take 2 days to get there. It takes approximately 24 hours to get from my local airport to Rzeszów, Poland. Then it is a 17 hour train ride from Rzeszow Poland to Kharkiv Ukraine and that is if the trains are running on time (which they never do). Then it is a 2 hour drive from Kharkive to Kupyansk not counting traffic.
3. I'm not in black ops or special ops and I have never claimed to be. There are literally hundreds if not thousand of NATO officers in Ukraine observing and learning from the war. American military doctors and even American civilian doctors have been in Ukraine since the start of this invasion teaching Ukrainians and learning how to care for those injured in a modern war against a major military power. It is hardly a clandestine operation since it has been published on foxnews, skynews, the BBC, and other western media outlets and even in medical journals.

This war is over. Russia lost. Putin is an idiot/moron/psycho, and probably a dead man. Russian federation is finished as a sovereign entity. God knows we have our problems in this country but I can’t even imagine what could cause a failure of judgement and leadership of this magnitude. Ho Lee shite!

It’s all over now but the cryin. Russia cannot come back from a setback of this magnitude. This is the japs sinking the Russian fleet in 1904. This is a world-historical military humiliation.
Personally, I am not pro-Ukraine at all. The Ukraine flag looks like the rainbow flag to me. I would have preferred to see the GAE get a black eye on this one. But I am pro-reality and the reality is that this is the beginning of the end of the war, Russia lost, and it lost because it absolutely, comprehensively, SUCKS as a nation.

The question has to be asked, what next. Will this allow Russian reformers to come to the front, finally. Will Russia disintegrate into civil war.
Or Russia can just say nah we not done yet and stabilize the front line with tactical nukes, assuming they still have any that work. Then what will the west's response be.

Yes but Kupyansk was still under Russian control when I left Ukraine. So in order to make a sex tape with a tinder girl from Ukraine in front of the Kupyansk administrative building with the Ukrainian flag in the background then I would have to go back. Tickets are currently 10,000 USD and I only travel first class.
