This article from Auguat 8th says we've only provided 18B of combined military and humanitarian aid. Some of that is from the presidential draw down fund and some is from the allocated 40B

So for the sake of argument let's say all 18B is from the allocation and we can add another 2B from the one you are complaining about and some buffer. That would mean only 50% has been spent which means we get another 20B worth of complaints from people who can't understand new spending vs allocated funds. Huzzah

Kamikaze drone attacked Russian fleet headquarters in Sevastopol

In Sevastopol, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, an explosion occurred in the area of ?the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.

This happened today, August 20, approximately shortly after 8 a.m.

Videos of smoke rising over the headquarters building began to appear on social media and local social media groups.

The published footage shows a kamikaze drone over the bay approaching the building, while Russians are trying to shoot it down with small arms.

Despite the invaders’ actions, the drone went down to the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation and struck the roof of the building, after which a column of smoke rose.

The so-called “governor” of the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, wrote at 08:42 on his telegram that “25 minutes ago, a drone flew into the roof. Unfortunately, it was not shot down, although small arms worked on the bay.” According to him, “there are no casualties.”
