I think a good accounting from a reliable source could clear the air.

Did we invade because of the corruption or the Nazis?
Same reason as Russia. Because we wanted more influence.
We don't need reasons to invade. We've invaded or attacked over 200 different nations or territories.

A lie to deflect? That is a poor look. You do you though.
No, people like yourself make a big deal over the corruption. Such a big deal that that snd several hundred Nazis are all that’s needed to invade s sovereign nation that you pledged to protect.
But a bad look is blaming Obama for a guy who was elected when Trump was POTUS. A really bad look.

Why do you think the US is involved? Because we want to be nice?

More lies.
I stated that was Ukraine is corrupt (it is).
I didn’t state that it was a reason for invasion.
YOU are lying.
As for the Azov guys, why would you defend them (or the atrocities that have been attributed to them).
Again Russia deserves the bulk of the blame, but Ukraine is hardly innocent. Don’t be naive.

We are involved because Russia, led by a man who has stated he wants to rebuild the Soviet Union, has invaded multiple states in the last decade decided now to invade a sovereign European country. A side benefit is that the U.S. gets to watch the whole Russian military apparatus get significantly downgraded without putting boots on the ground.

This is a brother in law gimme. Another 100 mansions going up on the beltway, a few wealthy Ukrainians who will owe allegiance.
End the war in Afghanistan, spend more in Ukraine. As soon as this one is over, you'll be able to virtue signal for the next lucky contestant.
The media does a good job keeping you people feeling like you have skin in the game. You don't, but you'll protect the wealthy ones who do.

Appeasement and isolationism has always worked out for us right?

You have such lofty goals.

Our equipment and money are.
Our nation building efforts are so awesome and successful
If it wasn't for money, I doubt they'd want anything to do with us. Based on past results, we will fail.

Russia only claimed all of this via its various internet and youtube shills, Like Alex Jones, RT, etc...
Russia invaded in 2014 after Putin hand picked president of Ukraine was thrown thr frick out by the people. He ran like the coward he was to daddy Putin. Plus Ukraine had signed multibillion dollar contracts with Chevron, Exxon and Shell to develop 3 oilfields which whose productivity would have cut Russia's cash cow which keeps it open at all, oil and gas sales to Europe, which Russia desperately needs to go into bankruptcy

We agreed to protect the Ukraine provided they gave up their nukes.

Add to that the fact Russia stole all the external companies' equipment in the Black Sea fields they annexed basically insured Ukraine couldn't get more outside help in developing their O&G resources.

They are such an outlier and such a small group you can’t mean that they are a reason for Russia to attack?
