I’m an American. Why should I be compelled to support either side? Moreover, because our tard leadership has gotten us in to this, why should I not be able to at least take part in the discourse?

Because you don’t take part in the discussion. You just offer insults and biotch. If you actually contributed something of substance than you would not catch so much hate. At least OML’s hysterical melts are comical.

Stop pretending. You aren’t fooling anyone. If Biden ordered a milkshake at a restaurant yesterday you would be on the internet spouting some ridiculous propaganda about it. You don’t care what Biden does, you hate it. And by the way, Russia started this. Why aren’t you pissed at Russia?

Along with this, the Covid response, the inflation, and everything else going to hell, yeah.

You have a point about the covid response and the inflation and I would likely agree with that point if you could articulate it without going off on a retard tangent. However, you have no points on the Ukraine-Russia war. When it comes to the URW all you have are hyperbole, misrepresentations, lies, and comical and cowardly hysteria that continues to make your mother ashamed of you.

Bro, your first response to me today was calling me a Russian troll. I responded in kind. Maybe don’t cast aspersions first.

Well, I’m not OMLandshark, so I won’t make a big deal about the retard ordering a milkshake, but yeah, Biden sucks, so I hate what he does.

Pissed at Russia? I mean, I hate a lot of actions a lot of other countries take. Why should this particular action by Russia be an y different?

That doesn’t explain your history of shite posting in this thread for months.

Well then surely you’ll agree, that Russia’s illegal invasion of a sovereign country, is wrong, and they are the ones responsible for this entire shitshow right?

Are they responsible for our actions? Do we not have agency?

And doesn’t the dirty hands doctrine apply to us a little in respect of illegal invasions of foreign countries?

Actually, it does. You’re blind if you don’t see how any position opposite of the one held by you self-appointed gatekeepers in this thread is always met by the stupid “Russian troll” crap.

What does that have to do with Russia deciding to invade Ukraine?

Yes, and many of the people who support Ukraines side, think the same thing. Going into the Middle East was a stupid decision and it should have never happened. Still doesn’t give Russia an excuse to invade Ukraine, which is what you and a lot of the poli board consistently do, give excuses for Russia’s invasion.

Because in this instance Russia is executing a stated plan to conquer other European nations and place their people and resources under Russian domination. Russia can’t compete with the Western European nations or the United States using its own people and resources. It’s plan is to invade and conquer the nations under former Soviet domination. Maybe it will go farther than that, maybe not. But this is the first invasion of many. Either stop them now or try to stop them later after they have expanded their power by force.

If you don’t see the worldwide threat to America in Russia’s action here, you are profoundly misreading the situation.

Huh? I’m criticizing our actions in response.

Honestly, this is why I think so many of you in this thread are crazy. How in the hell have I excused Russian actions?

Cause you won’t straight up answer any questions about Russias actions. You and most poli board people’s response, is to ask questions about other issues that aren’t even related to the discussion, and go on some rant about some BS.

Simply answer this question. Was it wrong for Russia to invade Ukraine?

It’s a stupid litmus test question, which I’ve answered previously. Yes, it was “wrong” from numerous perspectives in my opinion.

I can’t speak for other posters.

Do you believe that the USA should honor it’s agreements made with other countries?

One other thing, the retired colonel talked about how Russian mothers are a major political force in Russia. Communications intercepts (which can be done by private companies not just the NSA et al) show that not only is Putin's inner circle being upset with how the war is going, but Russian mothers as well across Russia.

There is no way Putin will accept anything but victory. He will throw men and material at it until he does. So I have a hard time believing the Ukrainians will win against Russia. It is just the problem with a dictator who marches to the beat of his own drum as do all others in his country.

That’s a very broadly drafted question. We make and break agreements all the time.
