The Russian strategy must be to have Ukraine fire as many HIMARS as possible so the Russians can train their crews on how to shoot them down.

Very possible. The only other possible explanation is that the Russians are using Ukrainian HIMARS strikes to train their firefighters and disaster response crews. After the war, Russia may have the most experienced artillery depot explosion response teams in the world.

Usual Russian tactics. When all else fails hide behind innocent civilians. They move the ammo to a civilian theater so Ukraine would be pressured not to hit it. Lima and the rest of the trolls will find a way to spin this I can’t wait. How about those “return to sender” special missiles Russia has Lima? They are so much more technologically advanced than HIMARS right?
