The DPR is very transparent about their losses.
Killed, wounded, total.
The red is probably two things, Mariupol, and the way the Russians and the militia were fighting at the beginning of the war, before the shift to a pure firepower approach.
Look how low they are now.
Meanwhile, you have western news reporters interviewing Ukrainian soldiers that report that their units have suffered 80%, and 90% casualties.

You’re parroting a prime Russian propaganda piece that has, at very best, a quarter truth. There are almost certainly at least as many Nazi and Nazi-adjacent types in the Russian army as there are in the Ukrainian army. Part and parcel of doing business in Eastern Europe.
Oh, and only one side actually acted upon imperial national socialist ideology by invading another fricking country, and it wasn’t the Azov Regiment.
