It's not intended to "aid" these countries... its intended to be kicked back to the US politicians who vote on legislation authorizing said "aid"

Wtf are the Ukrainians going to do with that money by the time it clear the red tape and is actually deployed? The Russians are 20 miles from Kiev

Apparently the Ukraine Ambassador also asked everyone to take a moment for Russia to ask for salvation. After the moment of silence, there was a loud applause which is rare in the UN
