That cop doesn't break anything down other than assuming intent to carry out his narrative.

Speaking of former cops, why is he a former. Didn't have the nuts to cut it? He is a beta wanting attention to drive a narrative.

Maybe if they were actually cops.

He didn’t see it the way you did so he’s a beta male that didn’t have what it takes to make it as a cop?

Let's not forget that Arbery would likely still be alive today if he had not charged a man with a gun and started beating his arse.

Dude had every right to pump him full of lead after that. Self defense brah.

Citizens arrest needs to be done away with

nearly impossible to do away with citizens arrest. There are too many scenarios where it is essential that citizens get involved.

Why was he in the house though? You don’t think you’d look suspicious walking in like that?

He would also be alive if a couple baws hadn’t decided to grab shotguns and go play hero.

Your take is an embarrassingly shitty one. In your world someone shouldn’t defend themselves until AFTER they get shot.

It’s not a “take” if it’s factually inaccurate

Unless someone was inside. Then it could be both. But you’re likely right.

Dang. The one thing I didn't think about was that house was already built, so I didn't think it could be considered B&E to commit felony. Which gives the two a right to make a citizens arrest.

There is actually no proof he was on a jog.

There's one problem with that part of the video though. It's a lie.

The part where he says it was an already built house under renovation.

Google maps shows it as a vacant lot as of April 2014. Apple maps shows it as a slab as of concrete slab getting ready for construction. The owner said it's a bucket list lake house that he's been building for a while.

His whole video is based on it being a dwelling. It doesn't meet that legal definition.

He also lies about the McMichaels saying that the see AA in the construction site at that moment. This never occurred. Listen to the 911 tapes. He lies again.
