when we were looking in March, im pretty sure they said it was $80-85 a month. So about $1,000 a year. for what besides a playground, i have no idea.
Graywood is the biggest running scam in LC. It started off well but then has become the subdivision of over extended credit and stay at home mom status symbol.

The most frustrating part of all is that they keep quoting the factoid that Lake Charles will be "underwater by mid-century" while ignoring that this is due to the loss of wetlands - something which routinely receives bipartisan support to fight - and not due to their apocalyptic climate change cult myth.

the inconsistencies drive me crazy. liberal states gets tons of federal dollars (our tax money) for economic bailouts, natural disasters, etc. federal money is sent to shithole liberal cities to fix them after they're burned to the ground by their mostly peaceful protests, but they have nothing to say about that.
it's well known how much liberals hate christians, but they refuse to direct their hatred toward black christians. "preachers" in the black community have tons of sway and clout, but you'll never hear a white liberal deride them. they're too scared to be called a racist, so it becomes only the white christians that can be "problematic".
