Our whole council is fricked. I went to the meeting in December where they rammed through the new sales tax districts (using shady tactics to avoid a vote by the taxpayers). I recommend looking up what happened, where those districts are, and not shopping there.

I think Shannon is a good dude. Worked his arse off through high school and college bar tending, and built a mini nightclub empire in Lafayette, before getting over-extended and losing all. He’s now bootstrapped his way off the mat, and he loves Lafayette.
