I just don’t get some of y’all. If you are in a position where you are supposed to be making unbiased decisions about the future of people’s lives and you are caught using racist language, you aren’t going to keep your job.
She should focus on not having dumbass kids that record private conversations and send them out to others. They’re the ones that she should be pissed at.

First, it was stupid to film this ,but why do we focus on the wrong stuff? Clearly, they are the ones being wronged here not the criminal. Second, I have seen black people go on this same rant before. Crime is clearly a major problem with young black males. So because someone said a word does that absolve him of his crime? Have people been so conditioned and brainwashed now that they think no matter what the circumstance that blacks can do no wrong?

Nobody is absolving anyone of the crime that was committed. Those fricks are going to jail where they deserve to be.

You are going deep in the brush here. What are we going to do probe every off color thought that anyone on the judiciary has ever had? Would you be willing to apply that standard evenly across the board? No you wouldn't. People get mad especially when their home is violated ,and I can understand someone who goes on a rant like this. Sometimes you say things in anger ,but does this mean she is incapable or cannot be fair as a judge? No.

If the first word you go to in anger is a racial slur I do not believe you are capable of being a fair judge. Period. I don't care what race you are. I'd feel the same way regardless of who was shouting it out. There are certain jobs that people should be held to a higher standard and in my mind judges are one of them.

This lady has to go. Any ruling she makes in the future is now subject to be challenged but for that reason only.
