Anyway. To play devil's advocate, it all depends if the jury had their mobile devices confiscated prior to deliberation. If so, ya....this is total bullshite. No one is allowed in that room with them, not even court officials.

I didn’t get that idea from Jack. It was Bannon. And no I was right, it’s just the Ides of August was more horrific and dumbfounding than any of us could have foreseen. The results we got in the last elections was more what I was expecting from Ides of August.

I think worst case is Hung Jury. I find it very believable there are 10 brave people and two cowards. It seems they’re arguing more on fear than anything else.
