I'm telling you guys, they're having trouble with full conviction vs full acquittal and they're negotiating with each other a reduced charge.

He killed two people, why would it not go to trial?
Because he clearly did it in self defense, dummy. This isn’t like the Chauvin trial where even most posters here thought he may have committed 2nd Degree Manslaughter, but I don’t think the prosecution proved it beyond a reasonable doubt.

I think he could be found NG of homicide but still guilty of reckless endangerment but I could be off base. Anybody know?
IANAL but I doubt it. The prosecution made a big deal of Kyle using FMJ rounds, arguing that he recklessly disregarded overpenetration possibilities but any round he could have fired and missed, even with bullets that didn't overpenetrate, would have been a hazard to bystanders and residents. So if he legally defended himself, I don't see any way he could be found guilty of RE.

From Jack Posobiec:
So it seems that 10 are Not Guilty and 2 are cowards. This is expected. I can’t imagine any brave person convicting Kyle.

Two jurors holding decision up, outright citing backlash, per US Marshal in Kenosha

Tell those 2 pussies to hire Kyle as their body guard.

Jack is usually either dead right or dead wrong. Not much in between for him.

Jack conveniently breaks news that always aligns with the public consensus and nobody ever brings it up regardless of what the actual outcome is

If what Jack is saying is true, then mistrial with prejudice.
And Jack just posted this as well:

wouldn’t even be the first time the media has attempted this in this case…

The important question is why would a US Marshal be involved in a state case?
Anyway. To play devil's advocate, it all depends if the jury had their mobile devices confiscated prior to deliberation. If so, ya....this is total bullshite. No one is allowed in that room with them, not even court officials.
If not, it could be very easy for a juror to reach out (despite instructions not to) to someone outside to let them know what's going on.

Binger is not taking questions from the press after the verdict. Yeah, because you know everyone is going to light into you regardless of political affiliation since you put forth the worst case anyone has ever seen:
