Tomorrow morning. The DA drug out closing statements for hours today

They were never going to get to deliberations today. The jury voted 11-7 before closing arguments happened for them to start tomorrow. At 11 they had 5.5 hours set for the arguments. Fat frick went twice as long as he had been allotted for rebuttal. I was surprised they didn't pick the 12 and immediately sequester them. (I'm fine with the alternates going home.) Even Stevie Wonder could see the reasonable doubt here.

Good. He came off as pure evil and stupid. While I was thinking at multiple times the defense should have screamed “Objection” this quote came to mind:

That fat idiot really said today that "there are no left or right-handed guns"

If there’s a gun nut on the jury, that’s the first thing he’s going to bring up, and that’s likely given it’s Wisconsin.

Yeah, just imagine if Kyle was instead a brutally beaten wife. That would have ended very well.

I can’t imagine how fat boy thought that rebuttal would play well with the jury. He was so angry, and scolding the jury is a bold strategy.

He literally went down a checklist trying to prove the defense lied on the most pointless shite. Not to mention he lied several times about actual law.

We need a pool on deliberations. My guess is 3 hours.

He could be convicted if the jury uses mail in voting. That’s about the only way.
