Yes.

And that's why we need Kyle back out on the streets.

Amazing that riots only happen when a decision goes one way. It’s almost like one group of people fear no repercussions of their actions because it’s been shown there will be none.

I am not surprised being it was most likely their people that got killed. Maybe more of them would be taken care of.

Closing arguments today.

How long do closing arguments usually take in a case like this? I imagine the prosecutor will go on and on and on.

Also can we get the thread title changed?

Supposed to be minus 5 wind chill. Will this cause a much lower turnout?

They each have 2.5 hours. I think the judge is giving 30 minutes for a rebuttal. The judge also said he will cut them off mid sentence if they take too long.

No, they will light fires to keep warm during their peaceful protest.

Thought it was 90 min each with 30 min rebuttal time?

I absolutely love this fricking judge. He definitely doesn't put up with "shananigans".. He gives ZERO fricks..

He should not have allowed the new evidence with that last ditch hail mary attempt.

They want to say he pointed the gun at another guy, but the picture shown is incredibly grainy. It's so ridiculous and I hope the jury doesn't buy that.

Even if he had pointed it at someone else then what's to say they didn't point first? I don't see how you can determine anything from the evidence submitted, but I admit I have not been following this trial closely.

Isn't that footage from some sort of computer program filling in gaps between frames to "predict" what happened?

Yes. It's fricked up that it was even admitted after the expert testimony.

Really? Why?

I thought that was the one thing they had him dead to rights on.
