I think he’s doing okay so far. Not hurting his case yet.

Why are they doing this? The defense has basically been perfect so far. I wouldn’t take the stand if I were him

This is the biggest blunder imaginable

You're accuracy is on par with MSM.

He savagely murdered two (2) not just 1.

Come on Fredo, tighten up.

That's because it is his attorney questioning him. I know everyone thinks the Prosecutors are idiots here but even a first year Prosecutor is going to eviscerate an 18 year old.

I am seriously concerned that things are going to go sideways as soon as they get hold of him.

If you fire your weapon you fire to eliminate the threat not to disarm the threat.

Now personally I think he was firing to eliminate the threat but like what happens in a lot of stressful cases he shot what he was focused on the gun hand.

Terrible call by the defense here…. He’s coming across a little too confident and smug

This PATRIOT is going to get up there and tell that COMMIE prosecutor to shove it up his LIBERAL arse!

For real, I want this kid to walk but this is dumb. Why would you risk this when the prosecution has been garbage so far?

Yeah, they've proven many many times throughout the course of the investigation/trial that they'll do absolutely everything to lynch this dude including asking witnesses to change testimony and purposely not collect exculpatory evidence

I know what you are supposed to do if you are concerned with self preservation.

My point is that from an objective standpoint it was a perfect outcome. He disable but didn’t kill a violent person with a gun.

Isn’t that what Joe Biden said cops need to do? Shoot them in the leg or something

They're probably worried about the optics of pleading the 5th in 2021 America with a SJW jury and media. They saw what happened to Chauvin and how "bad" the media made the optics look. It's a product of our justice system being hijacked by progressives.

Have you been reading the headlines from the MSM? They’re blatant lies at this point and they no longer care.

Zimmerman didn't take the stand in a highly contentious case and it worked out for him

Who would downvote my post saying Rittenhouse is an American hero?

Let’s review the facts:

Police stand down and allow cities to be burned and businesses destroyed
Kyle who is a 17yo life gaurd goes to protect businesses and livelihoods, clean up graffiti, and deliver first aid
He defends himself perfectly, harming no innocent civilians.
He perfectly disarms a person attempting to kill him by shooting them in the arm with the gun but not killing him.

99% of our police officers can’t get out of a firefight with that level of success.

I’ll also add that he put out 2 fires at a church and a high school.
He also provided medical aid to two people.

And one of the guys he shot was a child predator that was in prison for raping 5 boys

It would be a great tactic. Just wear him down with a million detailed questions and get him in the weeds to the point where he comes off aggressive and spiteful.
