God this is fricking annoying.
I hope lightning strikes that prosecutor's house, and it burns to the ground, but his boyfriend escapes unharmed. No reason the BF should suffer because this guy is a tool.

It doesn't matter as long as he has insurance. I read it in this very thread!

How is Binger going to find a whore expert to testify about the ipad?

These 2 ADAs got stuck with a political case. They’ve got nothing to work with, and their boss has hung them out to dry.
That’s what they get for working for a bozo.

tbh no idea. I clicked on the thread to see what the latest was with the trial and saw a nice office gif opportunity

The defense attorney was raising objection due to algorithms which provide a possible 3D image extrapolated from data from a 2D image in its original state.
I don't think the pinch-and-zoom function by itself does that. It would only enlarge the image. Does the prosecution plan to show the 3D extrapolation? If so, they would need to provide an expert opinion on that technology.
Otherwise, the original 2D image is what virtually all digital cameras show.

This is 100% going to mistrial.

What's this in regards to?

The drone cam that's already been introduced into evidence. When the ADA told the presented to use the pinch-and-zoom feature, the defense asked the jury to be dismissed and objected because of claims that the pinch-and-zoom uses pixels based on extrapolated data and it wouldn't be the original image.

It really sounds like he is and is playing the judge for dumb by talking around it.
Lets see how that turns out for him when the judge has proof that the little twirp was using his ignorance on a technical issue against him.

.
I think the judge wants to let it play all the way out, so there can be no question of bias. I think that he wants to send it to the jury, but I’m not going to underestimated the stupidity and desperation of the ADAs.

If jury comes back guilty I think he overrules.

I really don't know. It could be that he just wants to enlarge a portion of the original 2D image.

the prosecution is trying their best to get one.
I don't think this judge is going to allow it after the little twirp trying to show him up multiple times today alone and the fact that's he's obvious about trying to throw it.
