We'll just have to wait and see what extreme liberalism looks like. The state of California has a lot going for it. Let's see what the liberals can do to it.

Regardless, this is the best state in the Union...we have everything out here. Resources, diversity, economy, education....this is the Mecca. The only thing missing from California is good college football...and green tomatoes.

The measure also applies to those who give blood without telling the blood bank that they are HIV-positive.

Modern medicine allows those with HIV to live longer lives and nearly eliminates the possibility of transmission, according to state Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) and Assemblyman Todd Gloria (D-San Diego), authors of the bill.

Then they should have no problem getting the first HIV tainted blood transfusion

What's crazy is that contracting HIV/AIDS is almost 100% the fault of behavior/lifestyle of the infected. Outside of accidental transmission or intentional transmission(which this law specifically downgrades to a misdemeanor), you have to try really, really hard to contract it. If you're not a homosexual, IV drug user or nympho(even then, contracting it through vaginal sex is also incredibly tough) your chances of becoming infected are very, very, slim.

Think about that....the "liberal loonies" have been running things for awhile. We are all pretty happy out here...and if you are happy down there...stay.

For me I love having every awesome thing this country has to offer here inside my state.
