In my life I'd say most everyone doing worse. Still smoking, still being alcoholic etc.

My point was most people doing shite bad for their health probably aren’t stopping.

I’ve lost 11 pounds(probably more per se of fat) and have added muscle. Strongest I’ve ever been.

I quit smoking but that was more because I turned 40 and always said I wouldn’t smoke past 40. But I’ve made a conscious effort not to drink back to back days if that counts for anything.

I was at 205 in March when the shutdowns started, and got up to about 212 by mid May.

Went for a jog in late May, enjoyed it, and have been running 5x a week since. Cleaned up my diet a bit (but admittedly could be eating way better).

Now down to 197 and really mad at myself for waiting 2 months to start my cardio routine. Luckily my office has said we’ll be working from home indefinitely, so it will be pretty easy to continue running.

I’ve lost about 20 lbs by changing my diet and it’s my busy time of year at work

Definitely worse for me. Before the lockdown I was hitting the gym hard, went down a couple pants sizes, and only drinking 1 or 2 nights a week. When the lockdown hit i started cooking, eating, and drinking out of boredom. I'm a great cajun cook so I've gained about 15 lbs of blubber. My dick is starting to telescope in to the fat when I sit on the toilet. I'm disgusting right now.

Good and bad for me. Started eating better (because I was cooking for myself more) and working out more consistently with more time on my hands. Also started drinking more, especially early in the lockdown, but I've started to temper that some.

My only bad habit that I have not been able to break was chewing my nails like a little girl. Have always been ashamed of it and even though I have quit dipping, quit drinking to excess, and changed my dietary habits over the years, I have not been able to shake that one stupid thing.

Covid changed that. In the beginning when nobody knew anything about transmission and we didn’t really know the severity, I got the crap scared out of me. I immediately quit chewing my nails. Was not even hard to do. Here we are 5 months later and This 38 year old heterosexual man is having to learn how to take care of his fingernails for the first time in his life.

Despite how incredibly small this seems, it is probably the thing that I am most proud of in my life this year so far.

Great question. I've actually been exercising a lot more and gave up alcohol in May. And I've gained 10 pounds from junk food. Two steps forward, one step back.

Me. Down from 226 in late April. Sitting at 199 now. My goal is to get down to 170 and then bulk back up clean to 185 and try to maintain.

This damn virus was a hell of a good predictor.

Think I’ve added my own personal COVID-19 lbs.

Therefore, heading on a hike for a couple of hours.
