I know an Ashley smith that married a David Ashley

Her name is now Ashley Ashley

Waaay back in the mid-90's this almost happened to me. Seriously long-term dated a girl with my same last name and oddly she had a brother with my same first name. Kind of miss her laugh every now and then...

For example, George Baker is own Sylvia Wyss.

Had a cousin with the last name Brown marry someone unrelated with my last name and now her and I have almost the same name

Or a Bordelon or a Gremillion. I think my sister had an elementary school teacher who was a double Gremillion.

We bought our house from a Terry and a Terri. That probably leads to some really interesting mail switch-ups. shite, if I were in that boat, I would probably tell my wife just to keep her maiden name.

Yes. Honestly assumed it was just a brother/cousin I hadn't met when she posted pics on social media and tagged him. Had to do a little investigating when I saw a kiss that was definitely not family friendly.
