I didn’t say that and apprentiship/clerkship was ideal for practicing law, merely that it is a better method of training than law school alone
I think my other posts makes it clear that a combination of both is ideal

Really I think law school should become more selective and an apprentiship should become required

She's built a 350 million dollar net worth. So, yeah, in certain areas of business dealings. Of course.

In California, for example, a person can become a lawyer by working and studying in the office of a lawyer or judge for 18 hours per week for four years. The supervising attorney must provide five hours of direct supervision per week, and must administer exams to the apprentice to test his or her learning.

In another article she is quoted as saying she learns the concepts in 2 seconds when reading.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, right.

She oughta just pay someone to help her cheat on the test. She's rich enough.

This is a good thing, imo.
Wasn't that a thing in Louisiana at one time? For some reason I thought that's how Huey Long became a lawyer.

It was like that in every state at one time, I'd imagine. Most trades had apprenticeships historically.

Maybe I’m the oldest on here, but wasn’t her dad a friend of OJ’s and part of the dream team? Could maybe open some doors?

I will say an apprenticeship plus studying on your own for the bar is a much better method for becoming an attorney than 3 years of law school
I partially concur, however the bar exam does not test the practice of law, but rather the application of law to facts. The bar exam has little barring on the aptitude of an examinee's success in the practice of law.

Robert Kardashian and his wife Kris were friends of OJ then Nicole for years. Robert hadn't actually practiced law for a long time and didn't have an active license. He basically put together the "Dream Team" and though he didn't participate in court he reactivated his law license arguably so he couldn't be called by the prosecution.
He was really never an attorney of note and made his real money in the entertainment industry as a businessman.
As for law apprenticeships I have always been skeptical of any attorney being able to devote that much time to a "student". My firm had a mentorship program for all new associates and I usually spent 2-3 hours a week with them and for just 18-24 months, usually less than an hour on average after the first six months. I couldn't imagine trying to train a lawyer without them going to law school. Law school is such a broad education with so many subjects it would be unthinkable to me.

Kardashian helped engineer the winning of the most "unwinnable" trial in the last century.
And there is more to "practicing law" than defending drunk drivers and pushing divorces thru the courts. Kardashian was a deal-maker. and that is where much of the real money is made in the practice of law.
I watched every minute of that trial. It was NOTHING like the reports on network news - two different animals - not remotely similar.
