Not really, unfortunately. This "lifestyle" is a generational cancer, and this poor kid is yet another victim. He's also likely a crack baby or the result of some other form of abuse in utero. That kind of fast, aggressive talking is like ADHD on steroids.
And nobody has taken him fishing because each man in his life (if he has even met them) is likely in jail, including his grandpas, who are probably only 40. Tale as old as time. Rinse, repeat.

We need welfare reform to end subsidizing the criminal element from having children. If you receive any direct payments from the government, you must be sterilized. No one has a constitutional right to welfare or parenthood. Make a decision: do you want kids or the money*? In one generation, crime rates would crater.
*It would be awesome to watch Democrats and "moderates" who support the outright murder of unborn children oppose this on some kind of moral grounds.

I see your points, I know in my life getting into the boxing ring at an early age prolly saved me.
This kid is in need of a YMCA and a mentor.
You are also right a year or even six months from now he probably becomes institutionalized into the dark life of misery and sorrow.
