Remember the commercials in the 1990's.
Do you have a job?
Do you have $99 dollars to put down?
Then I got a car for you.
It should say do I have a disposable car that breaks down after the warranty runs out!
Kia!

Kia Telluride won best Car in the world when they launched. I LOVE my Kia Carnival. I actually wanted a Telluride but they were unobtainium at the time, and I'm so glad I decided to test drive the Carnival. It's a great vehicle. I got the base model and it has all the safety sensors, backup camera etc. No recalls yet. Which is more than I can say for the fleet of Rams and GMCs we bought new at work around the same time. Plus the 100,000 mile/10 year powertrain warranty is double what US manufacturers offer.

I’ve got over a million miles on three Hondas. Oil changes, timing belts, and tires. The occasional set of shocks and struts. I’ll take that reliability over lane change warning lights any day.
A 100,000 mile warranty means nothing to me. That’s a year and a half.

So good they don't even come with a spare tire

But not in reliability.
I've had a Kia Soul for over 10 years and have only ever had to take it in for tires and oil changes. Best, most reliable vehicle I've ever owned.

The telluride, k5, and palisade are all really impressive and would prefer any of them to the dodge, ford, or Chevy equivalents.

I got one for a rental (not by choice) and by the end of the trip I was apologizing for all the bad things I had said about it over the years. Was a very enjoyable ride despite the exterior.

I like them. Past 3 have been bought new and either kia or hyundai. Only 8 more payments on my 2020 optima. I actually have equity in it so i will trade up to an suv probably.

Yeah it's too soon to say what the reliability is for my 2022 model that I bought in May 2021 and have only put 11,500 miles on so far including a 2000 mile move.
I work remotely so no commute and take lyft to the airport when I have to travel for work. I might get 80,000 miles before the 10 year warranty runs out. I had a stick shift Honda civic for a few years, and although it was pretty reliable, it was the most awfully boring car I've ever had.

Just rolled 100,000 on my 2011 Sportage, but had my engine replaced because of a recall and the motor only has 45,000 miles on it
Also have a 2020 nightfall Telluride which makes me feel bad arse!!!!

Nice!! I've never seen the nightfall but the standard editions are already stunning! Luxury features for 30k less than the competitor vehicles.

Owning a 2023 Hyundai, I can't argue with this.

The American auto companies are slacking.

I only got it because it had a houndstooth interior. I had no idea it would turn out to be such a great car.

Yea but you can get insurance on one in Georgia.
Thefts of these vehicles are worse than the days of the Honda Civics. Criminals are targeting these cars in cities, stealing them and committing crimes with stolen vehicles. It is a huge problem. Insurance companies are stopping from insuring these vehicles because of the problem.
