Keon Preston - protestor on WAFB

Right now
Smart dude. Basically said to stay the hell out of the street if you don't want to get arrested. Said not to walk in the middle of the street. Just stand back on the sidewalk and protest. Basically just fricking act right. He got loud when some protestors got out of line. Told them not to scream obscenities at the police.
He is all for peaceful protests and thinks protesters should keep each other in line.
Black guy, fwiw. He should run for mayor. I like this guy. Much better than that stupid bitch Denise Marcelle.

I still can't figure out what they are protesting, and this makes it even more confusing. Next you are going to tell me that he says if you resist arrest, bad things can happen, no matter your skin color.

I'm not so sure he will do that. 
But I do respect the hell out of him for basically saying that the protesters are jack asses for provoking the cops and trying to block streets.

I think I worked with this guy on a construction job while going to school back in the day. Wish I would have caught it or at least a picture of him on TV that someone could screenshot and post here.
If it is the Keon I'm thinking of, he's a very good guy. Respects everyone and really wants peace for all. He was from New Orleans and turned his life around and was a huge help to me in rough times during my younger years.
If not, I hope that Keon is half the man of the guy I met. If he is, the black community could use a real leader like that.
ETA - shite, just saw a rerun and it's a different last name but it doesn't change my message. Also, this younger Keon seems to be a good, young guy.
