I'm on the OPs side, but really, "protest" implies at least a little disruption, right? If they aren't making anyone sweat, nothing's going to happen.

I don't agree with BLM, but I don't expect a protest movement to be boring. That wouldn't be logical.

They see it as the cops beating him for no reason, and he is protecting himself. Completely throwing aside the entire first 3/4 of the videos

I'm not really arguing with you. Just saying I have a hard time calling anyone smart if they are taking part in these protests.
