Why is it that so many Louisianians have trouble following this rule on two lane roads?

It's everywhere. Horrible here in KY, and even worse when Hoosiers cross the bridge onto our roads.

I'm always passing so I just stay in the left lane.

I prefer texting from the left lane. It's hard to hold my phone, beer and change lanes at the same time anyway.

It only applies to interstates (in states that have move over laws). Highways can have left turns so people tend to ride in the left lane in preparation to turn in 6 mi

Left lane, 3 mph over the speed limit, cruise control on, radio up. All day every day.

You don't own the road, you don't get to make up rules. Doing the speed limit in the left lane is a good way to slow down speeders and save lives. You're welcome.

1) Impeding the flow of traffic is illegal
2) Riding in the left lane without passing is illegal
I'm gonna pass any way you put it. Like it or not, I'm passing. Doesn't bother me to get in the right lane and cut a left-laner off. Doesn't bother me to swerve across 4 lanes and right back going 90mph. I actually drive 5-10mph faster than I normally would when people are jamming me up, so you're making me drive faster

They actively enforce it in Germany. They call moving back over into the right-hand lane "lane discipline". You WILL get a ticket for lack of lane discipline there.

I'd say this happens b/c people are stupid and they give out licenses to anyone and everyone. You should have to pass the test without cheating to be able to drive, and the test shouldn't be multiple choice where only 1 answer is a legit answer.

b. on a curb painted red, in front of a fire hydrant
c. in your designated parking spot
d. all of the above

I don't appreciate you left lane speeders come over to my right lane and riding my arse while I do the speed limit.
