I would not go through the hassle of reselling it.
Either take delivery confidently in your decision to order it in the first place or don't accept delivery.

Must be nice to make enough money that spending a day flipping a vehicle isn't worth $10k.

Just took delivery of ours three days ago. It has some quirks. Can’t control temperature in the back from the back (future software update). No glove box, very little storage at all. All controls are touch screen which means you have to take eyes off the road for the simplest adjustments. I’m not sold on EVs in general and have no plans to ever drive it , But my husband seems to like it so far. We will be taking my SUV to Baton Rouge for the game next weekend because there are no Rivian fast chargers in the area. Would have to leave it somewhere over night and Uber to/from the hotel. Which is stupid to have to do and likely wouldn’t be there when we returned.

Couldn't imagine buying a vehicle without test driving or laying my eyes on it first

Also, if after getting 1.5 billion dollars in subsidies, they still lose $30k on an $80K+ vehicle. I'm not sure how this EV thing is going to work for consumers

He pulls a pretty good size boat to the gulf with it as well.

This board says that can't happen

Maybe he lives in Galveston?

Probably 75% of the new cars I have bought in my life I drove for the first time after I took delivery and I paid MSRP. It is the curse of coveting cars that have far more demand than supply.

I did that with my Mustang GT back in 2017. Not the first bit of regret with that choice.

The answer is, let some other clown buy it.

EV’s are the worst mode of transport anyone can choose.

It is unreliable, no infrastructure and worse for environment.

It is a nice looking SUV, but down South, we LOVE OIL, it fuels our economy and it blows EV’s out the water!

That’s an EASY PASS, don’t buy it
