The fact John's brother is allowing what very likely is the ones behind John's murder sit behind him today after seeing all of the evidence is pretty sad.

I haven’t been able to watch the closing yet but I heard from one of the YouTube lawyers that Lally pretty much lied by misstating the evidence in his closing.

After watching the CW closing I stand by my statement about that prosecutor last week. He is a POS. He literally said in his closing that the weather was a weapon.

Jury went home without a verdict. I can’t imagine the get though tomorrow without a verdict.

The CW made a fancy timeline of the events from January 28th and 29th.

Lally lied several times. I thought Mr. Jackson was on fire, but ran out of time. In his defense, he only had an hour to remind the jury about all of the lies, deception and corruption. Some people forget, he doesn’t have to prove Karen didn’t do it, just prove there is reasonable doubt. I have never seen a court case filled with testimony that could cause so much reasonable doubt, and the accident reconstruction experts hit a home run for the defense.

I would say he did, searching her phone illegally and violating her civil rights just to name two. He absolutely should be in jail.
