I can’t help you on podcast but they have a few YouTube pages that are pretty good.

What angle do you want? Lawyer analysis or non-lawyer analysis?

It may be because the coverage has been here and there since the first trial, but it’s about to pick up with the second trial a little more than a month away. This month will be busy. The motion to compel the state to produce video will be interesting.

I just watched the video put out by the DA in 2023. That seemed like he was being held at gunpoint and given a script to read. It was really strange.

I searched "Nurse Kim" then watched a full video. Now my feed is fixed.

Looks like they have Higgins on tape talking on the phone in the middle of the night in contradiction to his previous testimony

That would contradict his testimony in the first trial. He said he did not talk to anyone on the phone that night. Just lots of butt dials.

Either one doesn’t make a difference. What is the most interesting YT vid on the matter?

The Lawyer You Know does a good recap of all the happenings in the trial.

Melanie Little does long live streams reviewing entire motions line by line.

The Young Jurks does long live streams that discuss happenings in the trial. Mark Bederow was a frequent guest on The Young Jurks and provides pretty good commentary. Also Mark is now on Karen Reads defense team.

Defense request evidence logs, The Commonwealth says they cannot produce something that doesn't exist.

Why don't the evidence logs exist? Seems like that is pretty important for the prosecution of an American Citizen.

Every time I listen to Hank Brennan speak my opinion of him gets lower and lower.

The hearing was just abruptly paused for a week. The judge seemed to be disturbed about documents provided by the Commonwealth.

Do they connect the judge?

since the hearing ended it doesn't seem that the commonwealth provided any documents to the court, but Hank Brennan proffered some things that the court found disturbing.

I find it interesting that the judge seems to have a problem with this situation but didn’t seem to be bothered by the inverted video that was shown to the jury in the 1st trial.

She's the most biased judge I have ever seen, and I've seen a few.

I’m not a lawyer so I don’t gave experience with other judges like you do, but this judge definitely seems to be on the take for the commonwealth.

How can the state say we can’t verify the chain of custody for almost all of their evidence and the trial continue? Shouldn’t that make the evidence not admissible?
