No chance that happens in my view.
For starters, they've already wasted too much money already on a flimpsy case. Secondly, they already look incompetent and based on this trial, KR may very well have a case against the CW for malicious prosecution from the judge on down to Hank himself.
Based on $$ alone they won't retry it.
