I'm sure this happened in cities all over America on Mother's Day. There's no manual on how to make food for people like this. Chain restaurants are probably doing zoom meeting upon zoom meeting with franchisees and managers and trying to figure out some kind of kitchen staffing ratio, plus inventory nightmares and limited menus...
Karen's of the world rejoice. You will get many situations to speak with a manager, but in this brave new world, I don't think you're going to like the outcome.
